We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the bus stop and within reach of the beautiful Braies lake. The balcony offered a fine view, and there were plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of bicycle rental right at the hotel. The hotel's safe parking and friendly reception made us feel secure, and the home shop provided all the essentials we needed. The fresh croissants every morning were a good bonus.

Great location, close to popular tourist destinations and easy access to transportation. Beautiful view from the balcony and comfortable beds. the hotel provided plenty of fresh towels and toiletries, making the stay very convenient and hassle-free.

Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the stay, with dirty cutlery and plates. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the shower head had low water pressure.

The camping is in a great location, with just a short 300m walk to the cross, country ski slopes. the apartment is spacious and the parking area is secure for our car. the restaurant in the same building serves amazing pizza and the Wi, Fi is fast and reliable.

The staff's limited English, speaking ability can sometimes be a challenge, but they still make an effort to assist us.
